Paralympic swimmer Xavi Torres has participated in a practical demonstration of the HEADdev system that allows interaction with a computer via a webcam facial mouse, connected via standard USB, by using the voice and head movements without any need of hands, wires, sensors or other devices.
The system has been developed by the Computer Graphics and Vision Group of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Technology of the UIB and the firm TAGRV .
