Working under that belief, Kingston cops yesterday released a photo of Mark Bedford, 21, and a list of e-mail addresses he used to lure girls to perform sex acts online. Police say the victims -- who were as young as nine and live in Ottawa, Kingston, Sault Ste. Marie, Edmonton and Kent, England -- were threatened with rape and death if they didn't perform.
Already facing a slew of child porn charges from the July 28 bust by OPP investigators, the unemployed Kingston man was charged this week with sexually assaulting a teenage girl and obtaining graphic images of her by allegedly coercing her into exposing her breasts on her webcam.
Kingston police believe many other young persons have been contacted by Bedford. Police say he used the the addresses marko161@hotmail.com, marko171@hotmail.com, marko181@hotmail.com and pounder_curt@hotmail.com.
