KINGSTON -- A man accused of blackmailing young girls into exposing themselves online has been charged with sexually assaulting a Kingston girl.
Mark Bedford, 21, was scheduled for a bail hearing yesterday, but it was postponed after Crown prosecutors filed four new charges, including the sexual assault charge.
