AT least 42 British girls are thought to be among victims of a man accused of persuading youngsters to strip off or perform sex acts over a webcam.
Jobless Bedford was arrested at his home in Kingston, Ontario, after a joint investigation by Kent and Canadian police. He is accused of threatening to post girls' images on websites or show them to their families if they did not strip.
